#1. Complete the Rental Application.

Make sure you specify the address of the property you are applying for in the application (very top under preference 1 & 2). Please return the completed application in one of the following methods:
a) Save the application as a file, and email it as an attachment to: lpr@lakepowellrealty.com
b) Print the application and either drop it off at our office, 697 N. Navajo Drive or mail it to: Lake Powell Realty, p. o. box 335, Page, Arizona 86040
c) Fax it to us at: 1 (928) 645-2016
#2. Pay the Application Fee ($40.00).
You must pay the application fee of $40.00 before we can process your application. You may mail or drop off your payment to our office, or you can pay by credit card or PayPal by clicking the button below:
#3. Wait for us to contact you.
We will process your application, run a credit check, and check your references as soon as possible after we receive your application. You should expect a call from us within 24-48 hours after we receive your application.
